Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

You arrive in Delhi by International flight. After a traditional Welcome our representative would assist you at the airport and to our hotel for check-in. After some rest, breakfast at coffee shop in the Hotel. After breakfast we will go on a guided tour of Delhi at 1100 hrs, beginning with a morning sightseeing trip to Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat followed by the drive around India Gate and President's House. In the afternoon visits to Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple, Qutab Minar, Mahavir Ahinsa Sthal and Chhatarpur temple. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2 : Delhi - Agra ( Via mathura & Vrindavan) (220 km/ 5 hrs)

Today morning we will take you for New Delhi guided tour visits to Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar, Mahavir Ahinsa Sthal and Chhatarpur temple.Later in the afternoon we leave for Agra via visiting Mathura & Vrindavan, related to the birth and childhood of Lord Krishna. Upon arrival in Agra assistance and check-in hotel. In the evening enjoy the magic show performed by the local magician and overnight stay.

Day 3 : Agra/Jaipur Via Fatehpur Sikari (250 km/ 5 hrs.)

Agra, the erstwhile capital of India under the great Mughals and known for Taj Mahal, has always fascinated the Indians as well as foreigners alike. Most of Agra is on the West bank of river Yamuna, with the Agra Fort and the Taj at its nucleus. TajMahal is quite simply one of mankind's most remarkable creations. After breakfast you will leave for a half day sightseeing visiting Taj Mahal built by emperor Shahjahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Next we visit Agra Fort, post lunch we leave for Jaipur via visiting Fatehpur Sikari, a masterpiece in sandstone with the stunning elegance of its palaces and courts. Next we head to Jaipur the flamboyant capital of Rajasthan. On arrival at Jaipur, our representative will meet & assist you to check-in at our hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4 : Jaipur Sightseeing

Early morning after breakfast 11 km drive to Amber, the capital of the gallant Rajputs from 1037 to 1728 AD. We ride the elephant back and reach the Fort situated on the hill and then visit the Fort Palace. Later we visit the City Palace, Birla Temple, Jantar Mantar Observatory and the Palace of Winds. Excursion to Chokhi Dhani: Today we will take you for evening excursion to Chokhi Dhani complex, an ethnic village resort located at a distance 15 km from Jaipur. Evenings at Chokhi Dhani are very special. A Rajasthani village atmosphere is recreated on the sprawling ground and includes the entertainment by folk dancers and musicians. The guests can move around freely and enjoy the evening. Later drive back to Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5 : Jaipur / Delhi (260 km / 6 hrs)

Post breakfast, we drive to National capital New Delhi. Upon arrival assistance and check at our hotel in Delhi. In the evening at 1800 hrs we will go for Sound and Light show, the eventful history Red Fort has been witness to is brought out as a sound and light show every evening on the ramparts of the Red Fort. For those desirous of delving into Delhi's glorious and tumultuous past at the Red Fort. Overnight stay.

Day 6 : Delhi - Cochin (By Air)

You arrive in Cochin from Delhi. Upon arrival our representative would meet &assist you at the airport and to our hotel for check-in. Cochin always had a very popular and historical sea trade connection with Middle East, Mediterranean Europe, Dutch and British. It has one of the finest natural harbours on the Arabian coastline. Its cosmopolitan character is reflected in the buildings and structures representing different regions of the world. It is one of the few places in the world where one can see a Jewish synagogue, Portuguese churches, architecture, mosques, temples and Chinese fishing nets, All in one city. A city of peninsulas and islands, today it is Kerala's commercial hub. Later in the afternoon at 1300 hrs we leave for a half day city tour of Cochin, with visits to St. Francis' Church, Dutch Palace (Built by the Portuguese), Jew Town, the Jewish Synagogue built in the year 1568, spice market, where the air is filled with the pungent smell of spices, and Chinese fishing nets. In the evening we see Kerala's most popular classical dance, Kathakali. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 : Cochin - Periyar (160 km / 04hrs)

After breakfast, we drive at 0900 hrs to Periyar. Upon arrival at Periyar, we assist you to check in at our hotel. Set on an attractive lakeside, it is South India's most popular Wildlife Sanctuary and is a nice place to cruise on the lake and have an opportunity to see wildlife. It is home to tigers, leopards, elephants, bison (gaur), antelopes, sambhar, wild boar, money etc, and a wide of variety of birds. Late afternoon at 1500 hrs we shall take you to a guided Spice tour in one of the Spice Gardens / Plantations for which this region is famous. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8 : Periyar

Early morning before breakfast at 0630 hrs we go for wildlife viewing to the sanctuary on lake Periyar by boat cruise. After two hours of wildlife viewing we get back to the hotel for breakfast. Rest of the day is at leisure for independent activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9 : Periyar- Kumarakom (135 km/ 3 hrs)

Today we leave for Kumarakom known for its backwaters, huge Vembanad Lake and the famous Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Late in the afternoon we visit the Bird sanctuary. There are two seasons for birds: between October and February there are cormorants, teals, and other ducks and from February to July there are darters (snake birds), night herons, egrets, and Siberian storks. It also has golden backed woodpecker, crow pheasant, white-breasted water hen & tree pie. Overnight stay.

Day 10 : Kumarakom - Thothapalli (Overnight Houseboat)

Morning is at leisure. In the afternoon board the houseboat, locally called Kettuvallam, and cruise around backwaters of Alleppey, observe and experience the daily life of the villagers along the backwaters. Overnight stay at the houseboat.

Day 11 : Arrive Thothapalli - Kovalam (85 km/ 2 hrs)

Arrive Thothapalli, next we head for Kovalam, South of Trivandrum, one of India's best beaches and famous for water sports in Southern India. The day's invested in exploring the unbounded beauty of this place. Overnight stay.

Day 12 : Kovalam - Trivandrum - Kovalam (16 km / 30 mins. One way)

Today we leave for an excursion to Trivandrum, located on the South Western tip of India. Famous for its long shorelines with glorious beaches, historic monuments, backwater stretches and a rich cultural heritage, Trivandrum undoubtedly makes an ever-popular destination. We spend half a day here covering Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Shri Chitra Art Gallery and the Museum. Later we drive back to Trivandrum. Overnight stay.

Day 13 : Kovalam - Trivandrum - Mumbai (By Air)

Morning post breakfast on-time transfer to airport to catch the flight for Mumbai. Upon arrival at Mumbai airport assistance and transfer to hotel for check-in. Later in the afternoon we will leave for half day sightseeing tour covering the Gateway of India, the entrance to the port of Mumbai. It was built to commemorate the visit of King George V in 1911. Historically the Gateway holds greater significance as the last of the British troops, which left independent India by sea, marched through its portals. Other attractions would be the Prince Wales Museum & Marine Drive which runs along the shore of the Arabian Sea from Nariman Point past Chowpatty Beach to the foot of Malabar Hill. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 14 : Depart Mumbai
